Contracts.

Other than an NDA (Non-disclosure Agreement) or an NCA (Non-compete Agreement) I do not work under contract, just a simple old fashioned hand shake.

Payments.

Generally, partial to full payment is required upfront to retain my services. I accept PayPal and major credit/debit cards. On rare occasion if a client does not have either I may accept a check by mail.

Timeframe.

If you have a specific deadline you must explicitly inform me of this upfront. The timeframe is often open-ended. Technically speaking, if all the details were fully prepared for me I could have most projects done within one workday. However, this is typically not how the process works. There is back and forth feedback and revisions communication time to be considered.

Availability.

You may email me or attempt to IM with me anytime, 24/7. However, although I may anyways I officially do not work weekends or on major US holidays. I'm on Pacific Time.

Phone calls.

I no longer communicate business over the phone, here's why.

Refunds.

There are no refunds. Because of the intangible nature of the digital services I provide it isn't possible for you to "return" the work once it's been done.

Agreement.

By making payment to me you are entering into an agreement with me that includes all the terms clearly stated above. By canceling a project you are not entitled to a refund as you are breaking our agreement of x work for x pay. If you break that agreement your pay will then become severance.
