It will be negotiable on both pricing and packages on a case to case basis.

Flat rate, hourly rate and salary forms of payment are all available. However, I do not work on a commission basis. Pricing and Packages are completely customizable to fit your needs and preferences in most cases.

I accept payment through PayPal, Credit Card or by Check, details below. In most cases, I prefer to receive half upfront, but not always necessary.

Refund Policy:
There are absolutely no refunds with one exception (explained below).

The reason refunds are not possible is because of the intangible nature of my digital services/products. Because you're paying for my time and work and because the work or products are of a digital nature it isn't possible for you to make a return in order to receive a refund.

Below this line is only referring to services and NOT pre-made products.

That exception is if you've made payment and then decide for one reason or another to not pursue the project. At that time and if and only if the work has not yet begun a refund may be possible. However, once you've made payment or given the go ahead for work to begin, you're engaged in an agreement that if you choose to leave at any time for any reason does not constitute a refund, as you are willfully choosing to break the agreement.

In the rare event that you're not finding the work satisfactory, please contact me to resolve the issue. I am very reasonable and may offer you more work or alternative services, but again once work/services have been rendered, a money refund is no longer acceptable.
